Strawberry Crush

Jam it with bread
Flavor it with ice cream, top it on a cheese cake. 
Or have a strawberry milkshake.


For Strawberry Crush we need
400 gm strawberry Fresh or Frozen
1 cup sugar
1/ 2 cup water


Method:
  1. Mix in sugar & water in a deep pan.
  2. Heat on a medium flame. Keep stirring
  3. When it comes to a boil, add in strawberries
  4. Cook on a medium heat for 3 -4 minutes.
  5. The strawberries will shrink in size & sugar syrup will turn red.
  6. Remove from flame. Keep it aside to cool.
  7. Can be preserved in air tight container in fridge for 2 months.
