Jam it with bread
Flavor it with ice cream, top it on a cheese cake.
Or have a strawberry milkshake.
For Strawberry Crush we need
400 gm strawberry Fresh or Frozen
1 cup sugar
1/ 2 cup water
Method:
- Mix in sugar & water in a deep pan.
- Heat on a medium flame. Keep stirring
- When it comes to a boil, add in strawberries
- Cook on a medium heat for 3 -4 minutes.
- The strawberries will shrink in size & sugar syrup will turn red.
- Remove from flame. Keep it aside to cool.
- Can be preserved in air tight container in fridge for 2 months.
