Preparation of Chicken

Please follow the steps:-


Cut Chicken breast  into 4 inch pieces






                            Using a knife, slit them into two pieces.




I use this Mallet tool for hammering the chicken. It is easily available in the supermarkets. If this is not available then use the edge of a rolling pin. The effect will be same




Hammer the chicken pieces with it. from both sides.
